“Write it and forget it.” It’s our policy for insuring your profitability. Because at Argos, exceptional front-end product delivery is just the beginning of our service.
Of course we offer sound, experienced underwriters. Professionals who know what to write, and when to make exceptions in arbitrary class codes. And when you’re in a competitive sales position, we’ll make every effort to give you the edge you need to make a sale.
But more importantly, we do the work that most companies expect you to do on your own. From billing and claims processing to loss control and audit processes, we’ll minimize the time you spend on headaches. Particularly the time-consuming claims that can reduce the profit on any small account to zero—or less. That’s why you can write it and forget it: Because we’ll handle it for you. Giving you more time to spend on what really matters.
Billing + Renewing
The Argos Group collects two months as an advance premium (16.7%). Which means that, after 10 months, your clients are paid-up for the year. Which also means that renewal with The Argos Group is virtually automatic: A huge time-saving advantage for you, and your clients.Payment Options
Annual Payment Plan Insureds pay 100% of the estimated annual premium, plus the expense constant, prior to coverage’s Effective date.Monthly Payment Plan
Prior to the coverage date, Insureds pay an advance premium equal to 16.7% of estimated annual premium—plus the expense constant. The Insured then receives an initial monthly payment invoice equal to 1/12 of the estimated annual premium—which includes a section at the bottom entitled “Monthly Payroll Worksheet”. Each monthly payment invoice thereafter shows Premium Due based on reported payroll. For any month when that information is not received in a timely manner, Argos bills 1/12 of the estimated annual premium. Credit for any overpayment of premium will be given upon final audit.
